Station 19\ season 5 - Maya And Carina | why was Jack always a shadow in the Marina’s relationship?

Like many people I’m hurt and disappointed with the current storyline. This past few days I used to be watching some old scenes and that I realized that Jack was always a shadow in Carina and Maya’s relationship.

Example 1 : Of course the Cheating (season 3 episode 15) let’s not talk about it.

Example 2 : The following episode after Maya cut her hair Jack is the one to tell her to apologize to Carina (of course Maya was so dumb she couldn’t have this idea on her own super Jack had to give her the idea). 

Example 3 : When Gabriella showed up Maya visited Jack( why not Andy her supposed bff or Vic no that they had bring the very fact they were also ex sex friends) !!!It’s crazy I remembered watching this episode live and when Maya showed up at Jack’s apartment I was so scared.

In the next Carina and Maya scene : Maya apologized for lying and Carina said that she ´so no threaten by him. 

Example 4 : in the following episode Carina said to Jack that she’s not threaten by him and at the end of the episode Maya asked Carina if she like him now and that they offered their support to him and Inara. 

Example 5 : season 4 episode 14 after Maya and Carina shared an intimate moment the first think they talk about is Jack « Jack asked if it was weird having a girlfriend who's up in other ladies' bits all day ». « Jack would ask something like that » I mean who talk about their ex boyfriend after having sex with their girlfriend. 

Example 6 : the whole season 5 : basically tons of scenes was about Jack - Carina - Maya. Carina shared a lot of intimate moments about her past, about her brother with Jack and now the whole donor debacle. The writers actually need to prevent with this trio because now I desire they're a throuple and now a few .
