We lamented the deaths and rejoiced in the happy memories. We observed as the naive interns blossomed into visionary attending surgeons. We guffawed as they guffawed and sobbed as they cried.

Actress Ellen Pompeo is a gift to the world.
Dr. Meredith Grey has experienced more drama and witnessed more sorrow than anybody else. Her father abandoned her, her mother scolded her excessively, she had multiple near-death experiences, and many of her friends and family members died.
Ellen Pompeo, the actress who plays this gorgeous, wounded soul, has dependably been as as amazing as her character. Pompeo continues to wow us week after week, transforming herself into our favorite surgeon.
She inspires us to be as brave as Meredith and makes us feel all of Meredith's emotions. We adore Meredith Grey because of her.

Christina Yang, as much as I adored McDreamy, was the television loss that broke my heart and brought tears to my eyes. Christina's relocation was difficult to move on from, even though she is still alive, and no matter how many sisters they try to bring in and pair up with Meredith, she will always be the other twisted sister.
Meredith's soulmate, she was the other half of her. Christina introduced a kind of humour to "Grey's Anatomy" that no other character could match, as well as a passion for surgery. You could tell she aspired to be the greatest and get to the top.Sandra created a character who will be remembered and missed for a long time.
It has taken fans on a once-in-a-lifetime inspirational and emotional journey.
It's difficult to keep a show on the air for 12 seasons, let alone keep the viewers as invested in the characters and the show as they were in the first, but "Grey's Anatomy" has succeeded. Hundreds of millions of fans tune in every Thursday to see their favorite surgeons.
Many people have been encouraged to pursue careers in medicine as a result of "Grey's Anatomy." It's prompted discussions among friends, family, and coworkers.
